HDB BTO List for AUG 2022



HDB will launch 4993 BTO spreading across seven housing projects in six estates in the third sales exercise of the year.


This will include 2 projects in Bukit Merah under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) Model. These will come with 10years MOP and 6% subsidy clawback upon the sale. BTOs are deemed the base properties to purchase or invest in a young couple or family in Singapore. The government subsidises pricing, and most would make a profit when it is possible to sell after the usual 5 years Minimum Occupation Period.

Among the other BTOs, Tampines BTO would attract attention for its location in a mature estate with only 36 months to complete.



Flat applications close on Sept 5 at 11.59pm on the HDB flat portal. The flats will be allocated through balloting.
